      It seems that the site has gone offline, I have found a link to a print & read online file:

  4. Thank-you so much for providing this link! I saw this pattern somewhere else and decided I had to make it, but was somewhat dismayed when I discovered the website no longer existed. Thanks again - I'll be slotting this one in to my ever-growing queue of Things I Must Knit Right Now.
